THE JEEVES GROUP ACQUIRES THE GCSL GROUP OF COMPANIES LTD
We are pleased to inform you that the Jeeves Group of Companies has acquired 100% of the shares of The GCSL Group of Companies Ltd.
Jack Flader has resigned as Director of The GCSL Group of Companies Ltd and each subsidiary company. Jack Flader will be retained as Consultant to ensure a smooth transition.
The Jeeves Group of Companies (www.jeeves-group.com), which is family owned and operated, has been a major player in the financial services sector for decades and the principals are Bryan Jeeves Esq., CMG OBE, as Chairman and founder and Alexander Bryan Jeeves as Group Chief Executive Officer. The Jeeves Group is headquartered in Liechtenstein with offices in the Caribbean, Europe and the Middle and Far East and has continually extended operations in Asia over the last few years. The office in Singapore was recently granted a trust licence and the Dubai office is operational since this January. The acquisition of The GCSL Group of Companies Ltd., shows the Jeeves Group’s commitment to expansion in strategic growth markets in South East Asia. With this acquisition the Jeeves Group has become a significant provider of fiduciary and trust services and can efficiently service high net worth clients and families in Europe, Asia and the Caribbean.
The new extended group will now be active in 14 jurisdictions namely Liechtenstein, Hong Kong, Singapore, Samoa, New Zealand, Dubai, Cyprus, St. Vincent & the Grenadines, Switzerland, St. Lucia, St. Kitts, Belize, Anguilla and Panama.
In this way clients will have immediate access to multiple products and services in all major centres via contact with one office.
